Minimal equipment needed! 

WomanUp workouts are created with the busy woman in mind! For an effective workout members are encouraged to have 3 sets of weights: 

Light (5-8 Lbs)

Moderate (10-15 Lbs)

Heavy (20-35 Lbs) 

*Please remember your weight selection is dependent on your own fitness ability. Need help deciding which is the appropriate resistance? Book your 1 on 1 training session!

 

The army is open to all levels, experiences, and capabilities! Teale offers modifications for advanced movements and is always there to encourage and push you forward with each workout.

All members are welcome to join the private accountability group on Facebook. You decide how active you would like to be within the group. 

Within the group you will find a safe space where celebrating each other is our top priority.

The WomanUp library is constantly growing! Workouts & movement tasks range from 5 - 40 minutes. You decide which type of movement works for your schedule!

All workouts focus on strength training. WomanUp is committed to bringing it's members new workouts every week while introducing you to different training styles. 

There is something for every woman!

Find the movement that fits your schedule!

Calendar tasks range anywhere from 5 - 20 Minutes in length. **Excluding Km based tasks.

Weekly workouts are approx. 38 minutes including both a warmup and cool down. 

"Break it down" workouts range from 10-15 Minutes.

Fitness themed games are 20-25 minutes. Players are more than welcome to play for longer.

 

Yes! All videos are full-length and follow-along with the trainer, instructing and sweating with you. All you have to do is press play. 

 A written description is given below each workout as well. Great for individuals wanting to complete the workout on their own.

Members are always welcome to leave a comment in the online portal or within the Facebook accountability group. 

WomanUp offers 1 on 1 coaching calls & personal training sessions (via zoom) every month. Become more confident with an exercise or just have a chat to reset and think about new goals moving forward.
