Committing to a routine can be hard! Walking is one of the most effective ways to stay active while boosting your mental health! This program is open to women in all locations and is achievable by all fitness levels.
 Let’s stay moving, have fun, and take home some prizes while we’re at it! This is the perfect challenge to help you get back into your post summer routine.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
First things first, set a goal! Throughout the 21 days you will walk, jog, or run your way closer to hitting that mark. WomaUp will track the progress of each participant, highlighting achievements along the way!
Within the client portal, you will find links to submit both your starting goal and your daily kilometers.
Kms can be completed both indoors and out, allowing participants to utilize their treadmills, community walking tracks or outside paths and trails. For distances to be accurate, a tracker must be used. You can do so by using an iwatch/fitbit or by downloading one of the free apps available.
REGISTERING SOLO: Participants will submit an INDIVIDUAL GOAL.
It’s YOU VS YOU girlfriend! Although there is nobody to pick up the slack on a bad day, the victory is even sweeter when you hit that mark all on your own!
REGISTERING WITH A PARTNER: Participants will submit a TEAM GOAL. Distances submitted by both team members will count towards the team goal. The real challenge will be coming up with a team name!

PLEASE NOTE:
This is not a daily "step" challenge. You must intentionally go for a run, walk, jog or hike. – Kms achieved while participating in sports or other activities do not count.
Participants must register & submit their goal no later than Sept 17th.
DOOR PRIZES
Mix up you movement  and aim higher by following the CASH CARD CALENDAR! Participants who complete the daily task, are entered to win the daily prize. Out of the area? Don't worry! Prizes are provided in gift card form and are delivered via email. Click below to see an example of the calendar.
It is not expected for participants to complete all calendar activities.
Alternate door prizes will be announced at the end of the challenge. All participants who successfully meet their goal will be entered. Prizing is available for participants, both registering solo and as a team.
