Let's celebrate the holidays rather then stressing them! This is not the program to loose a quick few before the Christmas party. This program is for those wanting to mix up their movement, have fun, and add a little sweat to their routine. 

12 CHALLENGES IN 12 DAYS!

A new challenge is released daily. Most are fitness themed *dumbbells required. Others include days of rest and recovery as well as goal setting. This program is created by a certified trainer and is well balanced with movement and recovery.

Those who complete the daily challenge are entered into the giveaway presented the following day.

  •  PDF printouts and video tutorials are provided with each challenge, allowing you to complete the task with confidence! Understand what the exercises are, how to do them, and how to play your fitness themed holiday games.
  • Modifications are shown and members are encouraged to reach out to their Trainer if needing support of any kind.
