 Let's hang out! These (3) sessions will have a focus on your three main lifts (bench press, squat and deadlift) as all muscle groups and accessory work.

 Be prepared to be guided through a full body workout and leave with the knowledge of what your body needs to progress and hit those goals!

In just 3 sessions you will have a better understanding of resistance training and form. 

Clients will also receive a written program to follow on their own after sessions have ended.
