If you’re looking for a fun yet doable fitness challenge right now, you’ll love this 21 day km challenge! This program is open to women in all locations, and can fit in to any routine.
The challenge is simple. Set a km goal for yourself and reach it. After 21 days, all challenge members who met their goal are entered to win a $100 gift card to their choice of retailer.
Participants also have the chance to WIN DAILY by completing the challenge stated on the Cash Card Calendar.

LET'S DO THIS!
This is not a "step" challenge. Effort is measured in kms.
The theme of this challenge is to set a goal and achieve it. -Whatever that goal may be. There is no “1st place” in this program. We all win and cheer for each other.
Through the online portal, you will set your 21 day goal and continue to submit your kms daily throughout the 3 weeks.
Kms can be completed both indoors and out allowing participants to utilize their treadmills, community walking tracks, stationary spin bikes or the outdoors.
In order for distances to be accurate, you must use a tracker. You can do so by using an iwatch/fitbit or by downloading a free app from your app store.
